Sony Blamed for Nintendo’s Inability To Secure Third Party Games

I'm gonna have to disagree with this.  However, Nintendo could step their game up in the 3rd-party market.

It's not like Monster Hunter, Project X Zone, Shin Megami Tensei, and Rune Factory/Harvest Moon exist.

So they are pointing fingers for their own mishaps in regards to what the consumer wants and when they want it. *Sigh* i love my 3ds, but after hearing rumors of them making another console now, why would anyone invest in a wii u? Especially if "Sony" is taking all third party control *blinks, blinks.*

Nintendo is chiefly to blame for not having third parties (but that's a misnomer, it's just the big third parties that ignore them). Though I don't think the analyst is blaming Sony as the article suggests, more that he's using them as the example.

For the record, this is NOT from Nintendo. This is an outside analyst.

Didn't Nintendo admit that this was their fault also a few months back? Because they were doing a lot of admitting.

Valid point, it is an article online after all. Moral of the story however though is that Nintendo does need to step it up, because we all love them deep down.

I don't want to think of a world where Link doesn't exist.

its completely Nintendo's fault, because their machine is hard to program for, it makes the ps3 look easy as not only is its architecture strange, its control methods in the Pad and motion are not ideal. the console sales itself is just adding Neon to the giant KEEP AWAY sign.

I don't think Nintendo will ever stop making video games if they stop making hardware.
