Just thought I'd let anyone who bought Ground Zeroes know that the exclusive playstation/xbox missions just went multi-platform for free this past thursday!  Xbox owners can now play the classic snake mission and playstation owners can now play the raiden mission.  Just S ranked the Raiden mission on both normal and hard!

I was happy see the missions go multiplatform.  It seemed obvious it was going to happen but I didn't think it would be free!

When I saw the trailer for both missions, I was stoked for the classic snake mission and thought the raiden mission looked pretty eh.  Once I tried the classic snake mission though, I thought it was pretty boring.  The raiden mission was a lot of fun though!  Having to learn the tactic of how to defend a helicopter from waves of enemies by killing all of them but not letting them know where you are while doing so (as you'd lose points for causing alerts) was a great experience.  All my opinion of course

With brand loyalty firmly a concept that only fans care about nowadays, I expected the exclusive missions to hit the opposite platforms eventually. Though, like you said Marko, I didn't expect them to be free. Either way, it's good to see that any Metal Gear fan can get the full experience. (Insert Ground Zeroes price joke here.)

haha I actually thoroughly enjoyed Ground Zeroes and sunk many many hours into it to get that 100% completion.  It was just one of those games that you could keep experimenting with different things to see what helped or hindered a mission.  It was a huge puzzle with multiple ways you could do anything.

It also didn't hurt that a family member got me a gamestop gift card like a year ago, and I never buy games at gamestop because they're almost always a good deal cheaper on amazon, so I got Ground Zeroes brand new for ps4 for $5

Eh, I don't like wave style games.  Personally I find a game where you defend a place from waves after waves of enemies and that's it to be pretty boring.  I don't think that should ever be the main-stay of a game, rather something you come across in the storyline for some fun outside of the main point of the game.

Well considering the raiden mission is a bonus mission and not part of the Ground Zeroes mission itself (which is the main game), i'm not exactly sure what you're trying to say haha.

Also the defend the helicopter part is the final part of the raiden mission, the rest of it is stealth.

What I was saying is that I don't like something that's all about a defense like that.  Where you fight waves and waves of enemy a.i.  I think it's boring.  Also, I didn't know much about the Raiden DLC and the last part you just added is what I like.  I like playing through something and having a small bonus something to do from the main point.

The only cutscene in the video ends at 4:30.  I don't know if you still want to watch it but the rest is gameplay/commentary

Oh, I see.  I wish there was no commentary, but since it isn't a lot I'll go ahead and watch.
